What to Eat to Get Abs - Even Superman Needs the Right Fuel



The benefits of eating right will give you the body that you desire, make you happier and healthier, promote a longer, higher quality life and will leave you feeling fantastic every day. In this article I will dive into the best ways to quickly alter your diet for good and give you a few tips on what foods are great for shedding excess body fat.

It is a fact that if you are not eating the right foods, then you will never get the abs and the body that you want to create for yourself. You will never feel as well as somebody who eats the right diet. You will not even get optimal every day performance on sub-standard food i.e. work, relaxing, sleeping.

When we eat over processed food, our bodies can not handle it. Humans (and all other living creatures) were designed to eat naturally occurring product. If you doubt me then, please, feel free to tell me where supermarkets and mass produced canned goods were hidden in the cavemen days and who the hot dog guy was at fights in the Flavian Amphitheatre that is the Colosseum.

We have all heard it from our first day at school, eat 5+ a day of fruit and vegetables, the food pyramid, drink plenty of water and exercise. But back then it was all about eating competitions and skiving off school right? The paradox is that school cafeterias or canteens are also serving stuff that will make you fat. So who do we listen to?

Well it is known amongst fitness circles that the best diet to burn excess body fat is a mostly natural diet of fruit, vegetables, grains, legumes, proteins and water. This is the kind of diet that champions are built on! I can never picture myself going back to a diet of unhealthy food such as meat pies, baked goods, soda, sweets, cakes, white bread, canned goods and other crap that is known as edible these days.

I remember within the first few days of undertaking a new diet I felt an incredible surge of power and energy, bouncing out of bed in the mornings, always wanting to talk to people, always wanting to workout (yes some over training occurred, however bad people say over training is, at least it shows that you are enthusiastic!) and just generally feeling like a million dollars.

Now I understand why Romans fought lions, they felt unstoppable (and maybe a bit of peer pressure from a sharp spear)!

I feel that the best way possible to create this new diet is to start a generous act and take all the food that you know is not optimal to building abs, and go give it away to those in need. Then go shopping knowing that the next time you step into that supermarket you will be feeling better, looking younger, sexier and fitter!

Purchase mostly natural goods with the exception of whole grain breads and possibly a few other treats if you feel life would be a misery without them, it is better to take 90% action toward a good diet than going 100% and dropping out after a few days.

Stack the trolley with organic fruit and vegetables, free range eggs, whole grain breads, low sugar/fat sauces, oats, organic milk and dairy products, lean meats and if you can afford it, a bit of protein powder (no worry if you can't, it may just speed your results up a little bit).

Congratulations if you have read this far, perhaps you will be one of the very small percent of people who will take the advice shown here and actually get a sexy, younger looking body, is it any wonder that the world is in an obesity pandemic?

So many people are looking for information on weight loss, but sadly they are looking for something from Never never land what will carve them into super model status overnight, the sad fact is that most of these people will die overweight, and possibly that will be a contributing factor to their early demise.
